BRM Forum - IT Business Partner Simulation Grab@Pizza Demonstration

The second half of the BRM Forum will be dedicated to a free demonstration of our IT Business Partner Simulation - Grab@Pizza. This event is a shortened version of the simulation with the express aim of demonstrating the benefits to prospective companies who would like to improve teamwork and Business - IT alignment.

Attendees will actively participate in playing a business role in a well known Pizza Delivery company and go through several learning cycles, attendees will experience how the simulation helps:

• people understand how individuals respond to challenge,
• the interaction between roles,
• how conflicts can arise and
• the lessons we can easily learn as a consequence

Such lessons can help the organisation:

• improve communication and teamwork
• link business outcomes to IT delivery
  
• identify gaps / oversight in roles and processes
• dramatically increase the energy and focus to resolve issues
