Course Confirmation Policy

  • Places confirmed upon payment in full.
  • Payment is due immediately on-line or upon receipt of invoice.
  • A Sales Order will be emailed once checkout has occured.

Online Course Refund Policy

  • You can request a full refund up to 30 days after paying for access to a course. Any request for refunds after 30 days following purchase, if approved, will be given upto a maximum of 90 days upon demonstrating attendance to coaching sessions, practicing the techniques and use of the templates.

Public Workshop Refund Policy

  • Should you wish to cancel, we will charge you:
  • Up to 4 weeks before the course start date: £50 cancellation fee.
  • Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks before the course start date: 50% of the course fee.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the course start date: 100% of the course fee.
