Qualifications: Richard has a 1st class degree in Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham and is a qualified programme and project manager (MSP® Practitioner, PMP).
Richard has worked around the world with a variety of organisations from financial services and technology companies through to utilities and critical public services. Richard has helped these organisations plan, design and execute the transformation of their business operations to take advantage of digital technology and new ways of working. On many occasions Richard has been called in to take over change initiatives which have run into trouble and has fixed the issues, whether they were team-working, commercial or technical, to get them back on track.
Richard is a member of the BCS and PMI and has written and presented on the challenges and opportunities of technology and change.
