By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. One £200 Amazon.co.uk voucher first prize and two £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher second prizes are available to be won from the 15th of January  2020. 
2. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
3. Baxter Thompson Associates retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
4. To qualify, all participants who successfully complete the The Vital Ingredients For A Successful Digital Transformation Survey 2020 with valid email address by no later than 15th December 2020 will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is open to people who work in the UK at manager level or above, other than Associates of Baxter Thompson ltd, its agencies or their families. Only one entry per person.
5. No more than 3 surveys per organization will be entered into the prize draw. No more than 1 completed survey per department, function, or line of business. This is based on first completed surveys, first entered into the draw.
6. Baxter Thompson Associates reserves the rights to decide whether the person completing the survey fulfills the prize draw entry criteria and whether the survey is completed.
7. By submitting your name, email address and your perspectives on your organisation’s characteristics information you agree to:

• Have the information included in an anonymised report, where the information is aggregated at industry level. The name of the organization is not included.
• Receive emails from Baxter Thompson Associates containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.

1. Winners will be drawn at random at the next Webinar at a date to be announced and all winners will be notified by email no later than 28th February  2020. The winners will be the named person and not the company. 
2. Winners agree to have their name announced as the winners of the Prize Draw for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Baxter Thompson Associates) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice.
3. A list of prize winners may be obtained by sending an email to [email protected] before 31st March 2020.
4. Baxter Thompson Associates’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
5. Baxter Thompson Associates reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter is Baxter Thompson Ltd, Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London, SW19 2RR
6. Baxter Thompson Associates shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in our privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here - https://www.baxterthompson.com/page/privacy and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 9 above.
