Duncan started his career as an IT recruitment consultant working in partnership with organisations to assist with key hires for their company. He had to understand internal IT organisational structure and the technical needs required by his clients. He had to quickly grasp organisational issues then suggest and source the right candidate for the role.

Duncan moved from IT recruitment into an Operations Management role working for a specialist IT contract job board. He was responsible for the day to day running of the business including daily scrum meetings with the technology team.

Since then Duncan has held business development / consulting roles working with SME agencies across industries.

Duncan looks forward to consulting with key clients of Baxter Thompson Associates and understanding the challenges they face to make sure Baxter Thompson Associates delivers value to them.
