9:30 Starting Your Value Management Journey - Jon Baxter

This picks up on one of the biggest challenges facing ITBPs today. Value Management demonstrates the value of everything we do with our IT peers and our business stakeholders. We look at the what the main concepts mean, how they work together and are given a template to work through. Delegates are then asked to use their creativity, knowledge and experience to formulate ideas, activities and examples of how this can be done in practice, thus proving it's not just an arcane conceptual subject, but the very lifeblood of an IT Business Partner.
